Excellent meal very friendly pub good service, drinks a little expensive, would recommend.
Keeping in mind that this is a local pub, the food is really good and have all drinks a pub must have, the staff is super friendly and they have a real wood burning stove which is wonderful for a cold day. I really recommend this place!
The barperson was very nice but the food is dreadful. Jumbo cod was about 6 inches long and half an inch thick, most of that half inch was batter!. Jumbo it certainly wasn't. It was over cooked and greasy. The triple cooked chips were, in fact, single cooked frozen chips. The only nice part of the meal was the peas. Totally false description for what was just a frozen meal.Will not be returning
