Easy to use council inside as well
It's a good library overall, staff is nice as well. Use it to study but it takes me an hour to get home from a Newport school so the library is about to close and the only day I can study there is Saturday for a few hours. It's a shame because I like the quiet environment it provides but I barely get to use it.
